I have developed BLDC motor controller. I have been asking below questions in my product demonstration,

1) What is the efficiency of the Controller?
2) What is the efficiency of Motor?

I have checked combined efficiency (i.e. controller + motor ) which is 89%.

Kindly help me how to measure only controller's efficiency.

Please help me.

 

The efficiency of motor controller is Power out / Power in x 100. How would you go about measuring that?

I have checked combined efficiency using dynamo meter set up. Its 89%.

But they are asking me only controllers/drivers Efficiency.

Could you please help me?

 

It's easy to measure the input to the motor controller because it is DC but what is the output waveform? What varies to change the speed? Are you only measuring the efficiency at maximum speed?
Once you have answered those questions, what do you think you need to do to measure the output?
