As you can see from the attached picture, I used some polygon area on the top side.

Anyway, the surface has some empty zone close to pad that I would like to fill with copper.

Do you know how to do that?

Change (decrease) your separation value. You can also use multiple polygons with different priorities and different separations values.

Decreasing the width off the fill (it is actually filled with lots parallel of traces) will also help. It sharpens corners too, but too narrow a width may lead to problems with your PCB manufacturer.

If it is just a question of moving a polygon's borders, you can rip-up the polygon (right click outside the border) and move borders like you move any other trace.

 

I think those gaps are the thermal relief and you can turn them on or off per polygon.
