thanks guys but i already had a frequency divider design but I need an addition to get the best duty cycle

 

Use a toggle flip-flop. It will divide the frequency and output a 50% duty cycle. Waa Laa! Just what you asked for.

 

i used the toggle F.F. but it didn't make any change

What point of your circuit is suppose to have "the best duty cycle"? What ever that is.

Where did you put the FF?

Did it divide its input wave form by 2? If not Why?

I saw your not to helpful schematic. Which non-labeled line is the point at which you want a square wave?
