Hi, i did installation of conference system/public address system and i am being requested to have a drawing as installed using the architectural design provided, someone please help. i have attached a diagram of the control room setup. is it the right thing? advise needed.

The design of the diagram depends on what/why/who the diagram is for?
A block diagram of the system showing the types of signals and the general flow is more useful.

Start by answering the what/why/who/when question.

Draw the connection diagram. Show which wire goes where

And dumb it down.

The important thing to show is what ports are used on each device. If you don't have nice images like that, you will need to label the connections.
Basically you need a document you can give to someone to rebuild the installation.
