Allows using the large value of a electrolytic for AC circuitry, for economic reasons.
Essentially the same method as a large value start cap in a split phase motor, except it is all in one package.

But why would you want to use a bipolar cap to do AC coupling or Filtering?

What is the advantage or what does it do differently?

it is actually half the value of a single cap when you stack two of the same size in series.
Yes but why would you want to do this?

By looking at the schematics, why did they want to stack two caps in series like this? for what reason?

In the schematics they have used two polarized electrolytic capacitors. To create a non polarized electrolytic capacitor. This could to simplify servicing. As polarized electrolytic capacitors are much more common than non polarized capacitors in that size

Why did they want to use a polarized electrolytic cap in those circuits? was it for the capacitors value and size?

You NO READ very good! He say man no want polarized caps, he say man use 2 polarized caps, to make a NON polarized cap. you no read.

Ok after counting to 100 very slowly inside me. I will try to give you an answer. Let us for the sake of appearances say that you are not a troll, but someone that want to learn electronics. Remember back then you was a baby/small child. You had to learn to crawl before you could walk and walk properly before you run. And in between that you for sure got some scrapes as part of learning process/curve. And so is it with electronics. Before you can start with the more advanced material. You must have some basic knowledge of the fundamentals in electronic. To me you seem to not have the most fundamental knowledge in place. And hence it is very hard to know what to say to you. Perhaps you should tell us your education and experience level before asking more questions in this forum. It is nothing wrong to be an eager beaver. But perhaps in your case eager to learn is quite out of synch with your learning curve. And I think that may block your chance for a deeper understanding of electronics

But his daddy, that owns the company, wants him to be an EE. Can you imagine working side by side with this guy? His fellow workers probably gave up long ago, so he goes to the web!!!
