Seems ST, NXP, Infineon and Xylinx chips here in the US may soon double in price, better start buying...

 

Even if they suffer the full 100% tariff (and the big boys like Samsung and TSMC will not), that doesn't necessarily mean a doubling of the sales price. But yeah, if you rely on chips from the "wrong" countries, you may be too late already.
