Looking to replace a diode on an Xbox one controller, but after looking at a schematic online. I could not identify what type of diode it is.
If anyone can assist me, that would be great! I'm kind of a newbie when it comes to reading schematics.

 

Just looking at the symbol, it suggests that it is a silicon diode.
It is not a Schottky or a zener diode.
the designation D2/02 is not too helpful in finding a replacement.

All I can say is that it's a diode. The part number isn't recognizable to me. More context would be helpful.

This is an image of the diode through my microscope. You can't see it in the image, but there is the number 20 labeled on it.

A simple rectifier diode. 1N4007 should suffice.
