This is an image of the diode through my microscope. You can't see it in the image, but there is the number 20 labeled on it.Just looking at the symbol, it suggests that it is a silicon diode.
It is not a Schottky or a zener diode.
the designation D2/02 is not too helpful in finding a replacement.
