Hello. I've a 12V headlight washer motor. And it doesn't work. It may has a coil problem. But before the coil I wanted to test the conduction of the electricity to the motor. I marked points in the photograph that receives electric. Is it normal? I would expect to electric comes both that two cubic thing endings. Should I suspect white component?

 

Looks like you have some joints/conductors that need cleaning up in order to get conduction to the required points (brushes)?
Both brushes should be connected to the supply, I assume a P.M. field?

Should I solder the parts to sustain conduction there?

Thanks. But I don't know if I disabled shortcut prevention or sth by just soldering. It now works
