Hello all,

I have two switch mode regualtor ICs one capable of delivering upto 40Vout and other upto -5V.

The input voltage for both the ICs is same from 4.5V to 40V.

To control the output voltage of this two converters I have a digital potentiometer.
Input voltage range for both SMPS IC

Vin - 4.5V - 40V
Vout - Pos DC-DC converter to 40V (LM25117-Q1)

Vout Neg DC-DC to -5V (LTC3863)

I am not able to get if i need a comparator circuit or an opamp if I need at one output pos voltage and at the other output negative voltage

Both will be controlled with the help of dsPIC30F4011 PIC which has a CAN interface

Thank you
