DC DC converter, on off pin question?

I have this DC DC converter and want to understand how it turns on and off.

It says this in the manual how to enable it (ON / OFF ) in the picture below.

My question is, can I put a regular push button (on/off) switch between the enable and Vin- for it to turn on and off?

Thank you

In bench qualifying lotsa converters over the years, I've never seen switch bounce cause a problem - and I've tried. I drive an enable transistor with a function generator, starting at 1 kHz and slowing down until the output wakes up. Usually it takes 50 ms before anything happens. Vicor's bricks are spec'd at something like 100-150 ms.

I didn't say the TS had to do anything about it, just that he should be aware. It is pretty simple to eliminate.
