I didn't say the TS had to do anything about it, just that he should be aware. It is pretty simple to eliminate.In bench qualifying lotsa converters over the years, I've never seen switch bounce cause a problem - and I've tried. I drive an enable transistor with a function generator, starting at 1 kHz and slowing down until the output wakes up. Usually it takes 50 ms before anything happens. Vicor's bricks are spec'd at something like 100-150 ms.
