DAB Converter Simulation in PLECS

Hello. I'm new to learning about DAB Converters. Basically, I have the parameters for the circuit (switching frequency, Vin, Vout, etc.) and I have to simulate the converter in PLECS. So I was trying to figure it out using the demo model of DAB given in PLECS, but I don't seem to understand how it works. I am trying to simulate the Bode Plot for the Pi-D controller so that it can work with my parameters. Not sure about the code yet. The original and my matlab code is shown below. My efficiency keeps going to infinity and I'm not sure why. Is it just the Ki, Kp, and Kd values or is there something wrong with my code. Thank you very much.
