Hello , i need help , i have a d2061 transistor f 144 that i wish to use for led lighting , Can someone please prescript to me what capacitor or resistors i can use?
The 2SD2061 has a minimum current gain of 100 with a 0.5A collector current. That would mean a base current of 5mA will drive 500mA of collector load. To figure out the resistor values needed you must first determine what the LED lighting takes (current), the driver supply voltage, and the driver output resistance. You may also need to determine the LED supply voltage and the LED voltage drop if the LEDs don't come with current limiting resistors.
