Do any one know how to select a CT in acircuit, and calculations to select a CT for Over current, earth fault, SBEF , REF or any Metering and Protection.

If you know the tripping value of fault current on primary side, you can find the turns ratio from the fact that the secondary of CT wud be requiring 1A or 5A.
