I need help identifying this chip! It's in a 25W LED Driver (for ceiling panel light LED strips in series configuration). The driver is rated as 85-265VAC input at 50/60 Hz. I suspect it's a constant current regulator but can't find a pinout anywhere. It would be much appreciated If you could point me to a datasheet for an equivalent chip.

It is also necessary to examine and check the other components associated with the i.c.
