Worse vaccine I ever had was my recent tetanus booster...wow.
https://www.timesofisrael.com/up-to...-get-covid-in-next-3-weeks-tests-running-out/In reporting data on Covid, health departments should now take the same approach as they do with influenza, Gandhi said. That means releasing hospitalization and death data but not numbers concerning case counts because, like with the flu, it’s not possible to eliminate the virus, therefore we should only focus on its severity, she said.
“Once you have accepted the virus is endemic, just like influenza, then you never track cases because we never screen like this for any other viruses, we track what is causing disease and getting people hospitalized,” Gandhi said.
Other countries are now implementing an approach that is not focused on case counts. For example, in Canada, which has also seen record numbers of Covid cases recently, Dr Robert Strang, Nova Scotia’s chief medical officer of health, said at a news conference Thursday that the government agency would no longer focus on daily case counts.
“We no longer need to identify and have public health manage every single case of the variant because for most people, that will result in relatively mild illness, so we need to focus our efforts and resources on our most vulnerable groups,” said Strang. “Omicron is all around us and we have to recognize that you could be exposed anywhere … It’s about managing and slowing down the spread but not eliminating it.”
Speaking to Army Radio, Segal said that “from a certain stage — 20,000 or 30,000 infections per day — we will become oblivious to the numbers because we don’t have enough tests. The test apparatus is already collapsing.”
“What will happen, like what is happening all over the world, is that the restrictions that somewhat worked [against other variants] will simply be ineffective against Omicron, and the stop will only come when almost everyone who could get infected gets infected,” he told Ynet, predicting that would take around three weeks before numbers start to drop.
they used AstraZeneca, Pfizer and ModernaWhich vaccine? Here in the US the Johnson & Johnson single dose vax has been often pointed out as having some, but relatively few, problems. Each vax has been reported as either advantageous or not in certain situations and improved upon for the next release. At least it didn't leave me with a nasty scar at the injection site like the smallpox vax of the 50's did.
If I remember my historyit is interesting how narrative is breaking down and truth eventually shows up through the cracks.
and if fraction of what we know now is true, this will deserve new Nuremberg trial for all of those involved.
that includes those who did financing, releasing, covering up, etc. regardless of their status and position.
I'm with you on that, Bubonic Plague was a kick-ass shot.Worst vaccination I had was the Bubonic Plague. Our company had clean-up duty that night in a building that had recently been vacated. Talk about a bunch of feverish, very unhappy and sick men. Some men reported to sick bay the next morning, and I don't recall seeing them after that.
Please re read, you can and should check....
Accused in Nuremburg trials were not on trial for being Nazis... it is within their right to feel pride for their nation (regardless how distorted). they were on trial for their active role that led to immense suffering and countless deaths, not for how they identified as (although there was a correlation). i am not aware of case where Nazi was tried and convicted even though he only delivered news papers, painted autumn leaves or plucked daisies...
i did not propose death penalty or any specific punishment. i stated that involved deserve trial. those on trial may be acquitted or convicted. and not everyone tried in Nuremburg was convicted and not everyone convicted got the death sentence.
Sounds about right when the first arrival of CV was spotted in the wild before super-cluster events later. If this is true then it's another pike in the heart of the lab leak story IMO and give more credance to the Chinese actions being more of a cover-up from another SARS outbreak from the illegal wild animal trade like happened before.Another curious and suspicious event...
China PCR test orders soared before first confirmed COVID case - Nikkei Asia
I think most got it wrong during the lockdown era in the pandemic. And it was this failure to understand the wide variations in individual responses to Covid-19 that led to Britain’s flawed responses to the disease’s appearance, he argues – errors that included the imposition of a long-lasting, national lockdown. This is a strategy that Woolhouse – one of the country’s leading epidemiologists – describes as morally wrong and highly damaging in his forthcoming book, The Year the World Went Mad: A Scientific Memoir.
“We did serious harm to our children and young adults who were robbed of their education, jobs and normal existence, as well as suffering damage to their future prospects, while they were left to inherit a record-breaking mountain of public debt,” he argues. “All this to protect the NHS from a disease that is a far, far greater threat to the elderly, frail and infirm than to the young and healthy.
“We were mesmerised by the once-in-a-century scale of the emergency and succeeded only in making a crisis even worse. In short, we panicked. This was an epidemic crying out for a precision public health approach and it got the opposite.”
maybe... and maybe it was a research for military. after all source animal was never found and Chines military was involved.Sounds about right when the first arrival of CV was spotted in the wild before super-cluster events later. If this is true then it's another pike in the heart of the lab leak story IMO and give more credance to the Chinese actions being more of a cover-up from another SARS outbreak from the illegal wild animal trade like happened before.
I do not wish to turn this into a china bash thread. To understand the cultural nature of china you need to read a few of the historical texts written of the early interactions by the early European and American explorers into china. China has a long tradition of upheaval of rulers and various warlords controlling large areas within china. Not to mention Mongol and Japanese invasions and rule. Try reading some of Robert Fortune - Wikipedia of Scotland's accounts of exploring within china during the 1800's to get a pretty good take on the people of china.China had put a lot of effort to cover it up .. again.
Yes, correctly so.And to think, I was banned from this thread for 9months for posting a link to a certain person (some text deleted by moderation so the post can remain).
