Convert 12v pulsing RF Signal to constant 12v

I bought a wired/wireless hoist remote from Amazon. I wired in the control module and the wired remote works perfectly. But when I use the RF wireless remote, it sends out a really fast 12v pulsing signal. On the remote, you can see the the light blinking fast as the electric motor is pulsing. I tried an automotive 12v relay hoping that the pulsing was fast enough that the relay couldn't keep up and would keep the switch open. But it didn't work. It's still pulsing. Is there a relay that offers a delayed trigger that would compensate? Or would anyone know of a different solution? I can't return the remote and hate spending $100 on another one.

Thank you!

There seems to be a lack of function from your description and fails to latch. Does it have off/on control? When should it turn off?

My first guess would be that the Battery in the Remote is mostly dead, try a new Battery.

It's brand new and came with new batteries. But several videos on YouTube with similar controls stated it was the batteries, so I did purchase new Duracell AA and nothing changed. Also, the controller is about 1 ft away when testing. So not a range issue as some videos mentioned either.

The pulsing may be one of those details that are not mentioned by sellers on some sites. Just a minor detail that did not get mentioned. OR it may be a weak battery in the transmitter, or in the receiver. Do they both include batteries??

Its not clear from your post - the light on the remote is blinking, but is the receiver/motor responding at all?

The light on the remote may be programmed to blink rapidly to indicate that RF is being transmitted, and have no connection otherwise to the signal being transmitted, i.e. it is working correctly and the rf signal is continuous even though the light is blinking.

That may be what is happening, the light might be blinking just to save power. The thing now will be to get the receiver controlling the motor. Why did I think that it needed to be able to reverse??
