It would appear that I haven't looked around at Commercial-Battery-Chargers in a long time,
I'm just so used to building my own by default.
DigiKey has these in stock for around ~$100.oo,
there's no way to beat this for value,
it would cost twice as much to build from scratch.

It's perfect, ~25-Amps, and tightly Regulated and Filtered DC, with Current Limiting at ~30-Amps,
just set the Output to exactly 13.8V, and then forget about it.
If You just have to have ~50-Amps, just get 2 and connect them in parallel.
