I want to use the ic driver ISO5500 the digikey part number is 296-34888-5-ND

I'm going to use it to drive a mosfet, not an igbt. The pwm signal is 3.3V and the output I want is 5V. Here are some of my questions:

- If I don't plan on using reset or fault signals, do I just not connect them or should I give it input supply voltage?

- I don't plan to have any negative voltages so both Vee-p and Vee-l are grounded, right?

- Lastly, what do I do with Ve (pin # 16) since this is mosfet not igbt?

Don't know if this can be used on a mosfet. It looks like it supplies a negative voltage to the gate, to suppress tail currents, in the IGBT. This would not be good for a mosfet.

Never mind, I found out the output voltage is too much. I can't supply 5V, so i'll just have to forget about this idea. Thanks for the reply
