CNC tool setting sensor spec question

I'm struggling to decipher the specs for a tool sensor. Specs here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/329...chweb0_0,searchweb201602_5,searchweb201603_53

What looks odd to me is the mention of the output voltage being 60V. I see the circuit as pulling the output marked brown to 0V when a tool hits the probe. And should it then over travel through a fault, it then opens a NC circuit between blue and green. I can't see where a 60V output comes from.

Also the contact rating is 24V 20mA, consumption is noted as 10mA. It also calls for a 10mA restive load, would this suggest a 2.4k resistor is used on the 24V Supply?
