free s-param assesment tool reccomendation

Hello,When I am measuring S-params in the lab I need to asses the cauality the passivity the reciprosity.The golden starndart is ysing PLTS.
Is there an alternative free software which could be an alternative?
especially if the causality test uses kramer kroning method.
