It is like a drill press without the drill. Perhaps known as 'arbor press' but the descending arbor has a selectable revolving male die punch diameter, and at the base another 'revolving' female die matching diameter.



Punches holes of several chosen diameters in less than 3mm metal sheet by turning the die 'revolvers' and manually lowering the lever.
