Hi there.. I have a bunch of IoT switches (Sonoff Basic).
These normally output mains when commanded, but a quick hack allows you to turn it into a fancy relay -- so its outputs open or close a connection.
I thought I could turn this into a pulse signal for another circuit that would either raise or lower motorized blinds. Something like a fancy flip/flop circuit.
These manual motorized blinds have 3 wires controlling them. i.e., their wall switches have 3 positions: off, up,down.. . One live and two return wires.
Depending on which wire is connected to the single live wire, the shutter either goes up or down. They also have mechanical limits to prevent them from overruning.
I would like the schematics of something like a flip-flop circuit, that when the IoT switch triggers, it would control a 3-way relay that would connect the live to one of the wires of the motor for 1 minute, so that the motor would raise the blinds, then remove the current as these motors waste some electricity if they stay "engaged". Likewise then the pulse is applied again, it should connect the live wire to the OTHER motor wire so that the blinds would close.
Is anyone aware of any circuit like that?
