I use Mechanic solder mask just like that and my Jaxman U1 flashlight will cure it in about 20 second, sometimes less depending on the thickness.

It is very similar to this one, though I can't find it for sale right now.

 

As I understand, you don't need to emit in that exact wavelength. Anything in the vicinity of 365nm will work. You can even try black light tubes (the ones you can find in bug zappers), or black light blue ones (the ones with the black glass - they are similar to the bug zapper ones, but have a black filter coating that almost kills the visible light from the mercury arc). Both emit UVA in copious amounts. And it is a good solution if you are in a hurry.
