Chip ID after wrong charger plugged in

Need some help please, I plugged the wrong charger in my portable oscilloscope, 16 volts instead of 12 volts, I got a little bit of smoke and that Ive popped something smell, the unit still works but wont switch off, the 2 pics here, one of the popped chip and one of another chip with the same logo but more pins/legs, on the popped chip the pin the red arrow is pointing at is connected to the positive center pin of the 12v charging socket . I want to try and replace that chip to repair the unit if any of you guys could ID it
