Which BIOS chip do I flash on ASUS X570i Gaming Motherboard?

I want to flash modded bios, I noticed original .cap is 32772kb and after i extracted the body as is in uefi tool it pulled it down to 32768kb for ch341a flashing. Do i need to flash the 32772kb file or the 32768kb via the tool menu in the bios for bios flashing?

PS - I would like to know where the CMOS SPI CHIP is located so I can flash it via CH341A in case of issue.

This video is for the X570 Plus, but in the video, I see them using the larger file for flashing, the one that is 32772kB.
They use the EZ flash utility

BIOS chip, in some pictures I've seen, is below the CPU socket, slightly towards the left (towards back of board). See image of top of board in this link:
