I have one of the inexpensive hall effect amp sensors with a display. I bought mine on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DDQM6Z4/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Given the location where I need to install it, I have no use for the display but instead, would like to connect it to the wireless ESP32-S2 board. Could anyone help me with understanding the pins of the hall effect sensor there?

Probably not, it's all internal on the PC board. Some where on the board there's probably an analog voltage that could be processed by the ESP32 but without the sensor in hand it's just a guess.
