Certainly not, a better choice would be a 22uF 350V tantalum capacitor. Tantalum caps achieve better performance than electrolytic caps.

They should, I'll take a look myself.

 

The type of capacitor depends on what you're using it for.
At this point we don't know if you need a starting capacitor for a ac motor,
or a filter cap for a dc power supply.

For your application, I would just go with an electrolytic cap. I often use tantalum caps for audio projects where the highest quality is needed. I think an electrolytic would be fine.

 

Yes. Electrolytic capacitors comes with much higher rating.
