I was using a cameras flash circuit to charge my capacitors which would take about 1 min so i had and extra "bug zapper:" hand held. I removed the racket part exposing the negative and positive i used my multimeter to see how much volts the out put was. it pin my meter with a tap of the button. It was set on 500v 'DC'. I hooked up the "zapper" to my 330 v capacitor bank and my multimeter to measure the voltage. i taped the button on the "zapper" but the meter didn't move i checked all my connections but it still wont charge....

PLEASE HELP
