I am Looking on Amazon at these Capacitors

They have 25 assorted Capacitors.
But they Say 16 Volts 25 Volts and 50 Volts.

Do they mean Every Capacitor can Take 16V 25V and 50V?

Say you take a 10 MicroF out but you need it to be 25 Volt.
Is it in here?

 

No, individual components in the kit will have different V ratings. See if the ad had any details as to what it includes. EDIT: Look at the picture, apparently it comes with several different voltage rating for each uF rating. You can read the V and uF rating in the pic.

 

Every capacitor has a maximum voltage rating. Exceed the rating at your own peril.
Good engineering practice recommends derating the max voltage by 50%-80%, also depending on the physical dimensions that you are willing to accept. There are other parameters one should consider. Temperature plays an important role for long term reliabilty. Other factors such as ESR (effective series resistance), ripply voltage, and AC reactance are also important.
