There is a whole lot missing here. What sort of signals, what amplitude and what frequency range. And how rapidly do you want to switch them? and how frequently. There are many different schemes depending on the answers. And many different prices as well.
Some very capable and dexterous technicians I used to know could do it. It is not particularly easy and boogering the connector is a distinct possibility. I would not try this if you've never done it before.
OK, now the intent becomes clearer: The TS is asking for a way to mechanically swap connectors. And I am guessing that the goal is to have it be cheap and simple. The short answer is NO.
Swapping the circuits needs a 14 pole two position switch. Simple but not cheap. Mechanically swapping can be achieved, but it is far from simple, AND the standard IDC multi-pin connectors are not good for a whole lot of mate/un-mate cycles. So wear becomes the challenge.
Probably the two systems can be swapped electronically, but given we have no details I offer no help for that scheme.
