I'm still waiting for their last demand: "and a unicorn for every child!"Soooo, children it is.

So a dog's toy is a resource but a child's toy isn't?You are talking about resource guarding and it is not the same as ownership.
Childs toy is also a resource. But then we teach children the concept of ownership - a child will be proud of having a shiny new thing. We teach children about posessions and taking care of them. A dog most likely does not care. You can train both out of "guarding" it. Dogs might be easier...So a dog's toy is a resource but a child's toy isn't?
http://franklludwig.com/democracy.htmlThe problem isn't with a bunch of people agreeing to give up ownership. The problem is for the ones that choose to not participate. When the communists inevitably suffer starvation and hypothermia, they will take up arms against the outsiders (for the People). Then they put them in camps. Or ovens. Technology will not change any of this. Except may be more efficient ovens.
You mean when the Yellowstone erupts ? That should workAccording to another recent thread the date we will have no owners will be fairly soon--2050.
If that happens, then everyone will own a piece of land, whether they like it or not ...You mean when the Yellowstone erupts ? That should work
A chunk? If that happens, then everyone will own a piece of land, whether they like it or not ...
A very large chunk indeed...A chunk?

If that's "their" objective, I give "them" an A+ in chaotic creativity and a D- in objective completion. In today's world, most of what's on the news seem intended mistakes (for me). All the epidemics, malpractices, viruses, disease or even wars or revolutions are "planted" (in my opinion) by some higher powers that aim to make the population decrease (because, well, we are too many already)
It'd be interesting to see these protesters go up against the ones in Poland
It started as a fuel tax protest. When they got Macron to say 'uncle' they figured it was game on for just about anything including his 'head'.Emmanuel Macron has backed down on increasing taxes on fuel and the protests still continue. Why?
They are demanding the resignation of Macron. Why?
I don't believe this is about climate change.
Mass immigration is probably the biggest headache in France and that's probably fueling most of the rioting. Over the past several years, the U.S. State Department (and private contractors hired by the department) have been relocating Syrian refugees in Europe (and the United States) at a cost of over $10,000 a person. Once these migrants are resettled in another country, they receive free or subsidized housing, medical care, affirmative action for job placement, and other government benefits.Emmanuel Macron has backed down on increasing taxes on fuel and the protests still continue.
