Hello, Can somebody tell me Can I use 19.5v 6.32A laptop charger instead 19v 3.42A charger.I bought a used toshiba laptop without charger and I have got from my previous laptop 19.5v 6.32A charger.

Can't say definitively without more information. The voltage tolerance of the laptop, the nominal output voltage (actual) of both adapters. The laptop information might be difficult to obtain because manufacturers expect you to use the provided adapter.

EDIT: FWIW, I measured an unloaded voltage of 19.4V from an HP adapter that states it's 18.5V @ 3.5A.

 

Yes you can use a bigger mA rated psu, the laptop will just draw what it needs. Voltage wise anything from 17 to 20V.
