I think my smart phone is dead. It started behaving erratically, so I opened it to check the removable battery. It was a balloon.
A new battery which appears good, with 3.9vdc on the terminals, does not work. Phone will not turn on, no charging. Initial attempt to charge got an error message. I have another battery on order since the one I just got took 3 months to get.
Thus I may have 2 new 4100mah batteries and nothing to use them in. They have +, -, and an unmarked terminal.
Can I use a charging circuit like https://www.banggood.com/10-Pcs-TP4...-p-1255764.html?rmmds=search&cur_warehouse=CN and ignore the third terminal?
Thanks
