i have more then one cable passing through the panel

I have to hold the cable such that:

the connection is IP65 or more
Strain relief/tight connection at the panel junction

Using marine grade glands would be too stringent for me.

do you know any glands (liquid tight) Ip65 with sufficient tightness.

I've used Heyco cable glands for this. You'll see some made for multiple cables within a single grip.

define "cable"? 22 AWG? 2 AWG? 24 pair cable?
