time range for cable TDR logic question

I have sucoflex550ea cable connected to VNA as shown in the photo.The cable is 30mm long.
I wast told to plot the time window based on the line length.
currently as shown in the photo my time axes is -5ns to +5ns.
Two questions:
1.Where can I see the velocity factor of the cable?
2. How can I know the proper time range for my cable TDR?
