I looked all over the specs can somebody tell me what the Ohms are for this Cable?

RG-6 has a characteristic impedance of 75Ω.

 

I assume you are inquiring about the cable's characteristic impedance.
Its resistive (Ohmic) value is much different from that.

As said the RG 6 is an 75 ohm cable.
There are many types of RG coax cables.
See the attached pdf for more info.

RG 6 Impedance is 75 ohms. RG 6 resistivity is about 29 ohms per 1,000 feet. Typically for the AWG 18 center conductor. Loss will be a function of frequency.
