I am just a beginner in the ARM M3..... are there any written C examples for newbies . please anything would actually help alot,

 

Download any of the ARM Development IDE's, they have several examples in them.

Atollic is a decent one, but there are several other good choices as well. Atollic has a non-time limited free version with restrictions, but but not unusable restrictions.

 

Try working on one of those low-cost board from NXP.
