multilayer pcb examples for TDR investigations

Hello , I want to investigate a PCB with a EM simulator.
The PCB I want to test is a multilayer for high speed digital signals,pure passive ,only VIA's and traces.
Is there multylayer PCB (ODB files etcc..) example I could use EM simulator to see how digital signal passes and possibly see how it distorts.
