Hi Amod,
Paste these into your circuit or into standard.dio folder.

E
.MODEL GP5V1 D(IS=1E-11 RS=7.708 N=1.27 TT=5E-8 CJO=4.068E-10 VJ=0.75 M=0.33 BV=5.05 IBV=0.01 Vpk=5.1 mfg=Motorola type=zener 500mW)

.MODEL PH_BZX384-B5V1 D ( IS=1.033f N=1.001 BV=5.1 IBV=0.005 RS=0.387 CJO=2.402E-10 VJ=0.7934 M=0.3578 FC=0.5 mfg=Philips type=zener )

Thanks Eric!! My part is from On Semi conductor. Can have that model pl. ? May be dynamic impedances are different for different manufacturers.

hi,
I found these two OnSemi, means changing the Vz voltage, may help.

hi Amod,
If OnSemi cannot help I have modified the Model.
Tested against other 'close' types of OnSemi models, compares OK.

E
.model BZX84C5V1L D(Is=1.2n Rs=.5 Cjo=200p nbv=3 bv=5.1 Ibv=1m Vpk=5.1 mfg=OnSemi type=Zener)
