Good evening everyone,
I wanted to buy a digital oscilloscope (50-100MHz/ 1Gs) in the low budget range(~200 USD) from the US but I don't know where to get them. I am not a US citizen so my relative will get it for me and he doesn't have a background in electronics so he can't test it.

I don't know if it is a good idea to get a used one from eBay-US and I don't know where he can buy a new one, so suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Note: shipping it to my country will not be a practical choice

I just received this one today, ~US$130.00 just charging it up and then test it out.
AliExpress
What area does he need to use it in?

I am looking into getting an affordable oscilloscope myself, and like the price I see here. I don't know what specs to look for when buying an oscilloscope, but after buying this, have you notice any flaws? I know $130 is a good deal, but is it really?

Just for general purpose-portable use according to the Youtube video and what Senor Martinez says, sounds it will suit my needs perfectly.

Yo, Max ... I just checked. And yes, the green light goes on when charging is done, although the red light stays on too even though the scope is turned off!
