I am building up a circuit but I want any electronic equipment to be immobile , this is very important so I cannot use a breadboard.Which is my best shot here?

I dont know how to solder electronic equipment down so any alternatives are welcome.

Learn to solder? It's not difficult! It is inevitable that you will need to solder something sooner or later, so best to learn now.

I was wondering if there were any printed PCBs and we just put in the electronic equipment.

Unless you are handicapped (my case because of essential tremor) your request sounds way too demanding if refusing the use of breadboards. PCBs suitable for any kind of circuit do not exist. If one exists, think of soldering anyway...

You could build the circuit on a breadboard and then encase it in epoxy.
