Please Advice for AC turbine generator...
How to place magnet and winding ?, also how to calculate magnetic force and power output ?, and how to calculate winding correctly ?
Is neodymium magnet is good for this ?, I want to make three phase AC generator with about 3KW output

It seems to me if you need to ask all these questions, this project is beyond your expertise.
First, I'd say have a play with a lot lower power level.
What voltage are you aiming for, and is frequency important?
There are many posts on how to make a wind generator or similar.
Have a look at those using a Fisher and Paykel washing machine motor.
Here is one, for example... http://buildawindturbine.weebly.com/latest-turbine.html
Or modify a car alternator.

Is DC turbine is ease to make than AC turbine ?, Is DC motor with H class insulation is better than DIY AC turbine ?
I need about 12-57v AC nor DC

AC is easier as there are just coils and magnets.
For DC, you will need to add rectifiers or a commutator. Rectifiers are easy to add, but you will loose a couple of volts and some power in the diodes.
Often, Fisher and Paykel washing machines are tossed out so you can get them pretty easily. Or any other BLDC washing machine motor could be used.
Have a read of this post...

It has a lot of info that may help.

But how to control AC frequency ?, is frequency affected by turbine RPM speed ?

shortbus gave you a great resource here #2. Hugh Piggot's turbine designs are well known and are easy to build by anyone with some bit of skill at working with his hands. You'll find most of the answers to your questions in that .pdf.

Always keep in mind that wind turbines need to be big in order to generate significant energy. There is surprisingly little energy in wind unless you go big. A 3 kilowatt turbine will need to be more than 15 ft (4.5m) diameter.

OK... nice answer... thanks
