Hello there!
Is it possible to somehow bridge two of the above mentioned modules to step up from +12V to +48V and from -12V to -48V?
The goal is to supply a 750w amplifier board that needs bipolar 48V DC from a 12v Battery.
I was looking at those 30A 1500w rated step-up modules on ebay when wondering this...
Any thoughts or input on this will be highly appreciated!!
Many thanks in Advance, Nathan

There will be no connection between the input and output. If you measure the resistance between the negative input to the negative and positive outputs rhe resistance reading should be infinity. The same should apply between the positive input and both output connections. Almost all cheap converters will have a common negative.

So the idea is to use 8 Batteries (100AH) in parallel with the Boosters instead of connecting them in series to get to the required voltage.
In that way I add up the AmpHours instead of the voltage so it should last a while ;)
Also, could someone be so kind to explain to me how I wire them up to get +48 0 -48 from just +/- 12V?
cheers, Nathan
