I saw that in V/Hz mode boost voltage should be provided to make the motor start under 5 hz. But what is the reason of that ? Can someone explain it with mathemetical and electrical infos ?

This is to give a torque boost at startup normally.
Things like pumps etc may need a 'kick' to get them away at low frequency.
