How MOSFET is biased both depletion and enhancement? I am confused and y substrate is connected to -ve incase of N-channel...Can any one explain the biasing of both depletion and enhancement pls? just explain N-channel pls thanking u

 

The substrate (or body) is connected to -ve (or the source) to short the B-E junction of the parasitic BJT built into the MOSFET to render it inoperative. That leaves a drain to body diode.
