I have a good feedback to all of you. Development Board AC103011 arrived to me. I tried to complete the 4.7uA consumption goal but i can only decrease until 18uAh. Then replaced PIC10F322 with PIC10LF322 and yes it is reduced to 4.2uA consumption level. Also As you said @Ian0 i increase the resistor value and it helped me so much. Thank you all. I will also inform you when i finish the product.
But i have a new challenge. How can i find this PIC10LF322 chip? There is only 272 pieces on Digikey. If there is no chip on the market and if i have to use this chip, which roadmap would you draw for me? For example, can I order Microchip to produce?
