Bad Capacitors ?

My speaker amp won't power on suddenly. Checked fuse and replaced it even though it was OK.
A quick look shows 2 large capacitors possibly bulging. See pic - are they bad and likely culprits for the lack of power since they are on the board the power goes to ?
Note : as you can probably tell I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to electronics :(

Sometimes capacitors with a plastic cover over their top show some disformity over the years, but they still work absolutely fine.

I am not saying that is what is happening in your case. Therefore, to be absolutely sure, please follow @MrChips advice for a thorough investigation of the root cause of the problem.

As a general statement, these large high voltage reservoir capacitors fail much less frequently than the lower voltage capacitors at the output of the switching power supply. I would start my investigation by measuring the output of this power supply in both DC and AC (to see if there is excessive ripple) with a voltmeter and go from there.
