Since most people are vaccinated then the mandates did not affect us. Even the mask was no problem.

Mandates were dropped because the virus changed to the point mandates were useless as a transmission reduction measure. Even brutal Covid-Zero in a communist dictatorship is not stopping transmission. Vaccines today reduce health risks, not infection risks.

That 72 year-old volunteer, whose name and gender have been withheld, met with the freak accident after getting an actual shot of Moderna’s vaccine, rather than the placedo, during the second phase of the vaccine’s trials.

The bizarre incident was revealed in the US Food and Drug Administration’s written media briefing into the safety of Moderna’s new vaccine. Doctors diagnosed the lightning strike victim with arrhythmia – an irregular heart beat – believed to have been caused by the strike. No further updates have been provided on the volunteer’s condition.

The incident comprised one of three Serious Adverse Effects (SAEs) suffered by study participants who received the real vaccine – with all of those health scares deemed unrelated to the shot itself.

Like most medicines, a few people were allergic to the vaccines.

With my age past the average lifetime of the people in my country, me and my vaccinated friends and relatives are glad to still be alive and have had 3 doses of the Pfizer vaccine. We did not hide isolated from everybody and everything, instead we simply wore a mask when shopping.

So the vaccine might have caused the 72 years old person to get hit with lightning and have arrhythmia of his heart.
My vaccine 3rd dose also might have caused my heart to have arrhythmia but I am fine 3 months later. Many unvaccinated old people also have arrhythmia of their heart.
I am glad I didn't attract lightning, nor become radioactive or magnetic like the antivaxxers say happens to vaccinated people.

An app on my pc showed 17 jets lined up to takeoff yesterday from the local international airport. Many more flew past my home to land. I like to watch the huge Emirates Airbus and all the new Dreamliners fly by.

My government paid for the vaccine and is happy that it saved many lives and hospitalizations.
An article on MSM today says that 3.3 million Canadians got the virus and 37 thousand died (1.1%). They did not say that by far most of the dead were not vaccinated. Then the mandates worked to keep the unvaccinated people away from the other unvaccinated people.

 

Government does not have income and does not pay for anything. The money spent is collected through taxation. People like me paid for it.

Btw. Vast majority of people that died already had their days counted - vaccinated or not. For long time this piece of information was omitted, accidentally of course.

Keep in mind that it was over two years ago when we realized that the numbers being quoted by the governments were unreliable. As far as I can tell, even today we don't know really happened, or for that matter, what is happening. 1.1% sounds extraordinarily high.

In the 1980's my commute route to work each morning took me under the landing pattern for Moffet Field near Sunnyvale California (USA). One morning on the way into work, I noticed an Orion P-3 submarine hunter coming in for a landing. Just then what looked like puffs of smoke puffed out from the trailing edge of the wings. That scared me deeply.

When I got to work I dropped into the office of Doug, our Mechanical engineer who is also a licensed pilot who explained that the air pressure at the trailing edge of the wing is low compared to the surrounding air and under certain conditions moisture in the air at the trailing edge of the wings would expand and become visible. Maybe, @Audioguru again this is phenomenon that you witnessed.
